Job Title: Primary Teacher

Salary: £30,000 - £46,179 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus for Qualified Teachers

Location: Smallfield, Surrey

Start Date: September 2024

Contract: Full time, Permanent

 

Teaching Personnel Permanent Workforce are currently partnering with an SEN Education Trust who are wanting a Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2024. The school is linked to Caterham Education Centre, they share the same Principal and Head of School, however each site has its own Assistant Head and team of Teachers and TAs. There is also a full therapy team on site to support staff and students. Although the sites operate separately, students and staff do cross between sites.

 

Your responsibilities:

To carry out all duties and responsibilities of a teacher as outlined in the current national conditions of employment including:

  • To maintain the positive ethos and promote the values of the school;
  • To plan and deliver effective lessons which deliver good progress and achievement for all pupils;
  • To be responsible for the pastoral wellbeing of pupils;
  • To build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and governors which support the work of the school;
  • To lead on aspects of curriculum.

 

Requirements:

The below requirements are essential, and your application will not be considered without. 

  • A UK Teaching Degree with QTS is essential.
  • Prior experience teaching within a Primary School teaching to a similar level.
  • Hold a UK Bachelors Degree within any subject.
  • Available for a September 2024 start.
