Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support to ensure they meet their potential.
*
Promote physical health and well-being through diverse and inclusive activities.
*
Organize, manage, and participate in school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
*
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education with broader educational objectives.
*
Maintain discipline in accordance with the school policies and procedures.
*
Manage resources and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are used safely.

Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*
Degree in Physical Education or a related field.
*
Experience teaching PE in a secondary school environment.
*
Strong understanding of the physical education curriculum and current teaching methods.
*
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
*
Ability to motivate and engage students, fostering an environment of active participation.
*
Commitment to professional development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the field.
*
Ability to work collaboratively within a team of teachers and school staff.
*
Enhanced DBS check clearance.
